- We offer free tracked shipping worldwide with all orders, and delivery typically takes 10-20 days, depending on your location. Please note some countries may take up to 30 days delivery.
- Due to factors beyond our control, such as flight delays from the origin country, some shipments may experience unexpected transit delays. If there are any delays affecting your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, we appreciate your patience in such situations.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can follow its journey from our door to yours.
- If you have not received your order 30 days after it has been shipped, please contact us so we can investigate the delay and resolve the issue.
Shipping Responsibility
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- We are not liable for packages not collected from the post office or missed delivery attempts.
